Interview
Went through 4 interviews between February and May.
There was close to no follow up, so it was hard to know if there was ever a next step coming or not.
I still haven't heard anything, not even an answer such as "we decide to go with a different candidates".
It is not the best sign for a company to show how much time they ask the candidates to put into their process and then not saying anything.
I am shocked and really disappointed.
I would have never guess that such a company would behave in such manners.

Interview
3 rounds including a demo and other technical and managerial rounds which started with a written screening and then online interviews in 2-3 days and then final HR round for formality before offer roll out
it was very good and very nice experience with the company and the interview rounds goes on and on with them and very good experience of attending the interview and I had various experience gained from this interview which will be very useful for my next one

Interview
Had one call with HR, just some basic informations of my current role and my experience. After that call with Hiring Manager. The call was really nice and I felt welcomed, he also showed quite interest in my current job.
The third call was a presentation. I had to prepare a short Demo of a product I already know.
The roleplay was fun. My interview partners were really good prepared, they checked in advance my product and collected many informations which they asked me. So you have to prepare yourself really good, if you want to pass this interview step!
Two HR calls followed the Demo, to discuss my salary expectations and other facts.
Last but not least I got an offer, they explained everything.
Amazing process, really fast and only nice people.
Well done freshworks! I‘m really looking forward to start my new role.
