I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Freshworks (New Delhi) in Jun 2022
Interview
I experienced a very smooth interview with 2 people on the panel asking technical questions related to data structure and algorithm, database management systems, and object-oriented programming. Also asked some interesting puzzles too.

Question 1
2 DSA questions and normalization, and a networking question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Freshworks in Sep 2020
Interview
The recruiter from Freshworks reached out to me on 16th September to schedule the interview for SDE-3. My interviews were scheduled for 19th September. I cleared 2 rounds. The third round was scheduled for 22nd September. At 6.43 PM I got the message from the recruiter that the interviewer is busy on another call. I'll schedule it for tomorrow same time. .. So far so good.
The next day I called the recruiter twice during the day. He didn't answer. Then I wrote an email in the afternoon seeking clarity on the plan. This guy didn't reply to the email as well. I found this irresponsible, unprofessional, and weird. This is especially from a company whose motto is to be loved by the employees. What about the prospective employees? Yeah, this is encouraging..
How is this behavior justified? You first reach out to a candidate and then don't reply to the email or answer the phone calls. That person gave hopes by sounding positive all the time. All of sudden he disappeared! Great magic trick. (Applause for you sir!)
The recruiter could have shown some courtesy by replying or calling back to share the reason for not moving forward. If he was not well, he could have handed over the recruitment process to someone else.
I wish the company and recruiter could understand the effort put in by people like us for the interviews, time taken out of the personal commitments for interviews, etc. :| Thank you very much for this memorable experience.
