The interviewer reached out and said there would be 3 rounds and then started wih the interview process. The first was done by the lead PM who was with the hiring team . The second is where the night mare started. This was done by this person called Srinath who was from the design team. HE comes to evailuate design sense, On the call he started to ask questions about showcasing mockups which are internal to a company! he was insisitant and said this was a show and tell round! Believe me I have interviewed a ton of companies no one forced me to showcase mockups which after I raised repeatedly that it was not fair. He got defensive and then started behaving in an unprofessional manner of constanly interruping me while I explain. He then ensured that the experience would be unpleasant and who would be the boss! I did raise this concern to the recruiter who promised me some intvestigation only to send a regret mail later! Please dont interview if this guy called srinath comes in ! stop taking the interview and ask for someone else becuase if u dont play ball, He would ensure that u get a rejection email . Thw reason of rejection is even more hilarious ! it says I have not worked with designers extensively it seems ! where did that become a reason of rejection? Every company.works in a different way and not all of them hand hold designers and work! Clearly personal vendetta and no professsionalism! glad to be not associated as I dont want to face harassment later inside
