Interview
The interview process was smooth overall, and I was kept in the loop by HR during all the various stages. I got to speak to many different people within the organization, which gave me a comprehensive idea of not only the role, but the company as well. Everyone I spoke to was happy to answer any questions I had.

Three stage process that included a recruiter screen, hiring manager, on-site final round (three 30-min conversations). The whole interview process took about two weeks. Overall, I had a very positive experience with everyone involved.

How do you feel about working 5 days/week in-office?
Really enjoyable process speaking to various potential colleagues and peers where they made an effort to learn more about me as a candidate and allowed me to ask any question to learn more about the company.
Upon accepting, I was promised one thing, then over the course of tenure policies got implemented that changed the WFH policy. That was a struggling since the expectation was hybrid 3-4 days a week.
