Interview
The HR representative who reached out was very responsive and kept giving updates on the process. The interview was more conversational in order to understand if Freshworks would be a good fit for both them and me. Overall good and positive experience.

Had two rounds of interview. First, general discussion for 30 mins and second on case study for 40 mins. Interview was fast paced with questions on multiple topics from past work experience, working style to personal front.

For program manager role there will be three rounds of interview process. First round one or two case study ,second round is with manager and it is based on situational ,third round is with hr.

5 rounds in total interview. First round was hackerrank, remaining all were technical rounds. Interview was average difficulty level. Last round was salary negotiation with HR, and the one before that was technical round with Manager
