I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Freshworks (Thanjāvūr) in Jul 2015
Interview
Initially we were asked to fill a form containing a set of questions , wherein all the non tech people had questions from their respective field of interest . It was like a case study kind , we had to write an email , answer a situation kind . After this process about 60 were selected out of 1200 people , followed by GD and personal interview
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Freshworks (San Mateo, CA)
Interview
I had a total of seven 1:1 interviews: recruiter, hiring manager (two interviews), and four team members. After seven interviews, I was ghosted: no further contact for three weeks. And then follow-up messages sent to the recruiter and the hiring manager were not answered. I wish I could say it was a shocking lack of courtesy, but this kind of thing happens all too frequently these days. I was clearly a solid candidate for this job. I acknowledge that I felt "backup candidate" energy during the process, but I gave it my all and showed up for, again, seven interviews. How a company treats candidates is an indicator of how it will treat employees. I wouldn't recommend Freshworks based on this experience.

Question 1
I was asked a couple times how I'd handle difficult interdepartmental relationships, or convincing another team to work with my team.
Call with recruiter then a 1:1 with the hiring manager. They never followed up after the 1:1. Not a professional way to treat your candidates! More and more companies are adopting really thorough comms throughout the process, regarding of status. Freshworks is not one of them, quite disappointing.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Freshworks (Sydney) in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied through the Freshworks Careers site and the process went for 12 weeks. HR and the marketing team were all friendly. Felt really good about the interview. I made it to final rounds and did a presentation which took some time to build out and then presented it to the management team. Fantastic product and I really connected with everyone. When I followed up with HR they told me I didn’t get the role and they were unable to provide feedback and I would be better suited for a different role and couldn’t give me any info about that role. Since then I have been completely ghosted me. I was extremely disappointed with HR. It really left a sour taste.
