Interviewed with 4 people across almost 5hrs, which all seemed very positive. Upon my last interview, the hiring manager realized I may not have one skill which was not described as a definite requirement in the posting…but I had many others that would have led to success in this role.
Advice would be to make sure the key skills needed are highlighted, or at least mentioned in one of the 4 interviews before reaching the hiring manager, so that time is not wasted for both the candidate and interviewers.
