Interview process was good. It consisted of 4 rounds, two technical, one hiring manager and one HR round. Although, offer negotiation in Freshworks is as taxing as any other rounds as the HRs keep coming back with low balled numbers and expect you to accept the offer

It was a long process with many case and behavioural rounds. Everyone in the leadership level of your team tends to interview the candidate. There seems to be a process but they never really follow.
