Freshworks Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

There were three interview rounds, followed by a presentation round where candidates were required to showcase their ability to implement one of the Freshworks products seamlessly within a client’s ecosystem.

The interview process consists of three rounds. The first round is the initial screening, which assesses the candidate's basic qualifications and suitability for the role. In the second round, candidates present an assignment to demonstrate their problem-solving skills and technical expertise. The final round is the leader meet, where the candidate meets with senior team members to evaluate their cultural fit and finalize the hiring decision.
