Clerical staff trying to interview an RN for a job when they have no medical background....you can bs your way through. Had typical interview questions..Name a time you had conflict with a coworker and how did you handle it? Name a weakness. Name a strength.

I was involved in a phone interview with the therapy manager and clinical specialist. the phone interview was brief and to the point. The questions the panel asked were as followed: * introspective questions about me and my clinical experience and how they would match the current job opportunity. * clinically driven questions * daily job duties * explanation of job qualifications/essential job duties * explanation of job expectations (productivity standards) * explanation of benefits * geographic locations of job sites (two campuses)
