Interview
My interview process with FullStory was genuinely one of the best I've ever had. I came across the job posting on LinkedIn while looking for a new opportunity, thought the company culture and mission aligned well, and applied directly through LI. I heard back from a recruiter (Isaiah) in less than a week. After two initial screening calls with the recruiting team, I completed a take-home challenge and was then invited to an on-site interview. Everyone on the team was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive interview experience. They answered my questions thoughtfully and were honest about their experiences at FS. Two more calls rounded out my process and I received an offer shortly after. Considering this all happened in the weeks before and after Thanksgiving, I appreciated not feeling like FS was treading water on hiring until the new year. FullStory stands out as a company in more ways than one, but my experience as a potential employee and member of the recruiting team was unparalleled and heavily contributed to why I chose to join the team.
