I applied in late February. The process took about 2 months. 100% remote interview process.
Some time from when I applied initially and when I had my first interview with the Chief Talent Officer. Part interview, part "get to know each other." Great vibe with him, where I shared my experiences and he shared the new realized vision of the company.
Exactly a week later, I then met with the Talent Director, which was a very good mix between feeling interview-heavy and more casual. They seem to be building something strong there.
For my final interview, I met with someone else senior, someone who I'd be working with consistently. It was a very early morning interview, and I think the energies were off on both end. He was a few minutes late and no one had communicated to me that he would be, and the same vibe wasn't the same that I had with the first two individuals. Additionally, there was some extended time between my 2nd and final interview where I felt that they were no longer interested in me as a candidate until I shared that I had received two offers from other companies.
I did receive an offer, but respectfully declined. Strong compensation, but felt that another offer was better for what I was seeking.
No massive issues with the interview process outside of maybe being more timely between 2nd and 3rd interviews. Overall, I think it would be a strong place for Recruitment Specialists to work for.
