Long and intensive interview. If you make it past the phone interview you will be scheduled a day to take a computer assessment. Following the assessment if you pass you move on to the next phase of the interview process generally the same day.

You have a phone interview, a skills test, recruiter led in person interview, then a role play test, then you have to shadow someone, and then you interview with a hiring manager. If they like you they will offer you the job at that time. If not, you didn’t make the cut.

Computer testing takes place first. Then there is the first interview if you pass the test. After the interview, if you are still in the running, you role play. If the role pay is passed, you then interview again. After that final interview the either hire you on the spot or tell you they will be calling you.
