GKN Aerospace interview questions

They gave a 30-minute tour of the facilities before the interview started. The staff were welcoming throughout the entire process, and after the tour, we were individually called into the office to begin the interview.

The interview process consisted of two stages: the first was an online interview, and the second was held in person. Most of the questions focused on personal experiences, teamwork, and motivation rather than technical skills. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. It seemed they were more interested in cultural fit than deep technical knowledge. Overall, it was a smooth and straightforward process.
