I requested an interview, filled out the online application. Interview was via phone call by intended supervisor. Employer explained the position, duties, and client, and asked me to supply background. Explained, HR would be in touch and letter would follow, if accepted. Professional yet friendly.

Screening with recruiter, first interview with hiring manager and second interview with Microsoft stakeholder. Very professional and receptive throughout the process. I felt updated through every step and aware of all benefits, expectations of the role, etc

Basic questions, they were highly favorable to applicants that had previous Microsoft experience.
Had a few rounds of this interview but each individual was clearly very intelligent and they always made sure to explain the questions in detail. The recruiter I worked with made this 100% easier.
