District Manager contacted me for an interview. Met at a store with a restaurant. We had an interview among customers eating. The Manager was very thorough and asked extensively complex questions. He kept the atmosphere cool and laid back but expecting it to stay professional. The questions were direct and required detailed answers. The Hiring Managers follow a guide provided by the company that has numerous questions they ask and note on. The guide is pretty standard in the sense that it asks the most common interview questions you can find online.
