GPM reached out to me - I was not aware of them before being called by them. The person who interviewed me became my boss. He did not ask crucial questions to determine my suitability for the position. In fact, I shared with him that I 'struggled with computers'. He basically ignored my comment. I presented him a perfect opportunity to delve into my computer training and skills but he failed to ask even one follow up question. There were zero questions about my computer skill proficiency before he offered me the position. Once hired, I quickly realized the work responsibilities required a high degree of proficiency with Excel and continual navigation between multiple internal platforms. I requested assistance and was told there was no such assistance. I was later dismissed for 'insufficient computer skills'. There was no due diligence on GPM's part in my interview or hiring.
