Interview
They would hire anybody in school who doesn’t have many hours to work. They changed the interview from being an assistant store manager position to a service guest advisor so they can pay less and not give benefits and promised of being a store leader at an undetermined time. Then they hired somebody to be a store leader who just had personal references. Rubbed me the wrong way.

Best way to get in is during holiday season. Any other time you're at the disposal of whether they need someone. But during holiday they'll hire anyone and your job is to be better than all those other seasonals.
