I've applied for two GW jobs now, this one and one in 2019. I got further in the 2019 one and had an interview but was turned down. I incessantly asked for feedback because they seemed really keen at the time but we blamed. This time however I felt more qualified for the job and for rejected after 1 day with an automated email at midnight. Didn't seem like any human had actually seen my application at all. Says a lot and a company.
