I was added to an invite but never asked when available. Then I learned the invite was for a group of candidates to say in 2 minutes why they should get the job. It was scheduled for an hour. I declined at this point as it's very disrespectful. The job posting said they wanted 5 to 10 years experience. Pretty insulting overall if you ask me.
