      Nov 8, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap Inc.

      Interview

I met a recruiter on campus. They held on-campus interviews the next day, but I didn't get to do one as they put my email in wrong and it bounced. They had me take an online assessment (personality and analytical questions) and then called me the next week instead. Call was rushed, and could barely hear interviewer.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

It took about two months in total - I applied on the company site. The interview questions are extremely structured. It's less conversational and more like they read off a list of standard behavioral questions. It was a decent process to go through and the people I talked to were extremely nice.
