I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Gap Inc.
Interview
on campus meet and greet, on campus interview, trend project and video interview following it - that part was a lot of work and time consuming. I never heard back from my interviewer and she never replied when i reached out, additionally, I wasn't sure who to reach out to when I had questions because it was unclear who was in charge. The interview process was very impersonal .
The interviewee was great. Got to 2 rounds and presented before they decided to not move forward. I definitely think they are looking for people who are more in finance.
Overall good! Very nice but also quick process. Turn arounds were very fast but they give you enough time to complete the work. Multiple rounds and waiting time to hear back in between.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gap Inc.
Interview
I applied and then I heard back in the same week that I had an interview. Mostly behavioral, asked why I wanted to work in fashion, about trends, and so on. Then I got passed that level and had to give a presentation. It took me like 15 hours and they expected that much. I did not get passed this round and they left me with essentially no explanation, even though I had done all of that work.
