Gartner Studios, Inc interview questions

I was recruited by the EVP of Marketing as we had worked together previously, there was no interview process. Other hires were brought in for an interview and would first often sit with the EVP first and if she felt good about the candidate she would have the Creative Director of Product Managers sit with the candidate as well. While the EVP was responsible for the final decision, the opinions of PMs and the CR were weighed in.

Initial phone interview, then face to face. Offer made over the phone. Owner likes to promise things, but never comes forward with them. Lot of nepotism here.
