You first speak with a recruiter and she will ask some behavior questions along with questions about your resume. You then meet with the HR manager and supervisor in charge of the department. The entire process was great! You walk into a beautiful up to date building and meet with very warm welcoming people. The entire process was very organized and they stressed how important it is to be an A player. If you don't work well with a team or want a family environment, then this company is not for you. Submitted Application from an online job search site. Got an email from an Human resources rep. and set up a phone screen. Phone screen was conducted by a director level person with a development background. After passing the screening process I was brought in for an interview. The in person interview was strange. It consisted of two Devs giving me a coding exercise. It was conducted on a PC connected to a projector with low resolution. I was given a paper with the instructions. The room was dark, so the page was hard to read, The instructions were vauge and difficult to follow. I Started to work on the problem, but the devs became impatient as it was late in the day and I presume they wanted to go home. I was not afforded the opportunity to display my skills and abilities, and got a very negative feel for the company culture.
