The hiring process at MoneyLion was a great experience from head to toe. The first stage was a Codility assessment which tested my ability to solve basic leetcode style coding questions as well as technical questions related to my field, React Native. I found the assessment fair and relevant and throughout the process, I felt well taken care of. The recruitment procedures were organized and professional! The second stage was an interview with the Talent Acquisition team (HR). It was a very relaxed and enjoyable conversation, and she was friendly, welcoming, and positive. They created an environment where I felt comfortable being myself rather than feeling like I was under pressure. The final stage was an onsite interview, which was also my very first physical job interview. I was extremely nervous at first. However, my interviewers immediately made me feel at ease, allowing me to express my thoughts confidently without letting my nerves get in the way. I truly appreciated how supportive and she was throughout the interview. When I first stepped into the office, I was genuinely impressed by the workspace. The office was modern, cozy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had an excellent experience throughout the entire hiring process. I was surprised when I received the offer. I was also impressed by how fluent, professional, and articulate both of my interviewers were! In addition, the recruitment team was highly responsive to emails throughout the process, which reflects their professionalism. I would definitely recommend MoneyLion.
