Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It is a mix bag of both behavioral and technical questions. There is so much emphasis on handling stakeholders and coming up with a strategic plan. For example, how would you come up with a medical strategy? Tell me about situation you had a difficult manager? What is QALY? What is economic modeling? what is CEA, BIM...etc?
The hiring managers were very personalbe and seemed to love working for the company. They provided adequate answers to all the questions I asked. The HR team was responsive and replied to my emails within 2 hours. They were transparent about the hiring process and what to expect throughout the interview process.
