Generac Power Systems Human Resources Manager Interview interview questions

I was scheduled to speak with the manager and was asked if I could reschedule the interview twice. I accommodated because I wanted to learn about the opportunity. The manager did not call me for the scheduled interview time and I have not heard back about why the interview was missed or to reschedule. I wanted to discredit the negative Glassdoor reviews about the HR culture, but I'm inclined to believe them based on this interview experience.
