Applied online and was invited for a group interview, i was expecting like 8-12 people but there were over 20 of us. I am a really friendly person but don't have an over-bearing personality and it felt like there was no way for me to show my skills when so many others in the group were much more extroverted

Very relaxed interview process with the head of the HR team and HR Business Partner for Retail. After going to the interview process the feedback received is that I was not a 'cultural fit' which didn't really seem to make sense.

Interview
You apply online and then get asked to complete a video interview. Then they ask you to attend a group interview with about 25-30 other candidates where you’re put in groups of 3-4 and given a scenario and asked to do a roleplay/explain what you would do. They also ask you to pick an outfit and sell it.
