I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Pants Group (Melbourne) in Nov 2016
Interview
They had an online video interview first, where questions would pop up and it was a video recording of you answering them. After you were accepted, there was a group interview, very fun and lively. The GP team made it very relaxed, there were roleplays, different scenarios to be solved. short, friendly person discussions as well.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at General Pants Group (Sydney) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied online, and it took about a week for them to get back to me with an offer to do a video interview. A few days later, I was invited to a group interview, where we were in groups and were asked to get to know as much about the person next to us before introducing them to the group. After that was a group activity, where we were to put together an outfit as a group and present (or 'sell') this to everyone that was there. And then lastly, we were pulled aside and did a one-on-one role-playing scenario.

Interview
It's a causal group interview in a room with several large tables, one for each store and each led by the store's manager. They introduce their store and company values, ask simple questions about each person applying, set a simple group task, and get you to sell another applicant's outfit
