Genmab Research sientist interview questions

The process is very long: 1) Intake call with HR, 2) interview with two managers, 3) Personality/Logic test, 4) Presentation with them + 1 hr interview. After all this time and energy spent, I had to call them so they let me know the results. They only sent me a cold email telling me another candidate was selected. It has been the worst interview process in any biotech, in terms of the respect and value of the candidate. No feedback was given for the tests or any of the interviews. this process took around 2-3 months. I thought Genmab would be better.
