Absolutely useless process of recruitment, they send generic email replies to people applying for jobs, with no real substance or understanding for what they are actually hiring for, when you have worked for many years as a VOIP engineer and they reply back that you are not suitable for this role, this intention to refuse shows on one thing and that is a hidden bias
