The interview process was reasonable. They made me feel welcome. The job was described well. I got to tour the floor to see the job I would be doing. They asked me basic questions about past roles and one about a difficult situation. How did I handle it.

Was I flexible in hours in case an employes di not or was sick. When could I be available to start. Do you have concern with minor lifting as required. While there are lifting aides, I could be required to lift up to 50 pounds
