I was contacted by a recruiter and moved quickly into the interview phase. The role sounded exciting until the second interview, when the questions became exclusively about my capabilities using AI. It was clear they had some type of agenda to push creatives into concepting with AI for faster work, which raised red flags about the quality and integrity of work. It was not the right fit for me and I decided not to move forward with the rest of the interview rounds.
