Interview
Very laid back approach, but interviewers will dig into your experience to see if you know what you are talking about and what exactly you've contributed. You can't fake what you've done. It was clear they want to know what specifically was your role on projects and stuff and how much you know.
First interview was a phone interview with manager about experience and past projects. Second and final interview was with panel of team and managers asking technical questions (no white boarding)

The interview process started with an initial phone interview and an in-person interview (optional remote). The entire process was short, but to hear back regarding an offer took about a month after the month of interviews.
The in person interview consisted of:
1 hour 30 min interview (30 min presentation about your background, 30 min behavioral, 30 min technical with questions from leadership, but not leetcode, more so behavioral technical)
