I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Giant Food in May 2016
Interview
I applied around May 20th and was called in for an interview about 1-2 days later. The interview was informal and in the store I was applying for. My potential manager was the person who interviewed me and I was offered the job on the spot and given all the paperwork to complete before starting work a few days later.
Hiring process was pretty easy. It took about 30 minutes, and all the staff was very welcoming. I recommend getting there at least 15 minutes early. This shows properness and readiness.

Why do you want to work here? What is your past experience? Have you been a cashier before? Situational questions as well as communications and team work effort sand ethics.
