BEWARE! Terrible interview experience. They asked me to complete a 3-hour coding challenge, which I passed with 100% completion, then after about 2 weeks asked that I make a 5-minute video describing a project I've worked on in the past. Thereafter, it took them about another 2 weeks to get back to me on a phone conversation with one of their data analysts. During the conversation, he mentioned that the phone call was strictly informational, for me to learn more about Gigster, and that no matter what I was moving on to the next stage, which is to build a full-stack app (and "should take 6-8 hours"). A couple of days after that, I received an automated message through Lever stating that I was no longer being considered. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TALKING TO THIS COMPANY. Just utter disrespect for their interviewees' time.
Just a waste of time, you have to do very long and useless automated tests, including really logical tests and other dumb things before before you even talk with a human being. To put it into perspective, just one of the tests is around 65 questions long.

I submitted a contact form to apply to one of the positions and did not receive any kind of response afterward, neither rejection nor confirmation of the process. I would have expected a response at least 1 week after submitting the information. Even an automated email would have worked.
