I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gigster in Jan 2017
Interview
After applying online, I was immediately given a coding evaluation to do. Doing well enough on that, I was asked to record a screencast of me explaining a recent project I had developed. After posting that on Youtube for them, I then moved onto a phone interview with a software engineer. The engineer sounded completely unprepared based of the questions I was asked. It turns out they aren't allowed to look at resumes in order to avoid any possible bias. I think this leads to many unqualified candidates being forwarded to this point. The interviewer told me a person with only 2 months of coding experience was hired on recently. Needless to say, their hiring process is a mess.
Just a waste of time, you have to do very long and useless automated tests, including really logical tests and other dumb things before before you even talk with a human being. To put it into perspective, just one of the tests is around 65 questions long.

Interview
I submitted a contact form to apply to one of the positions and did not receive any kind of response afterward, neither rejection nor confirmation of the process. I would have expected a response at least 1 week after submitting the information. Even an automated email would have worked.
