I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gigster (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
A coding testing. A short video presentation. A Q&A phone interview. A project costs 6-8 hours. Then an on-site. Process takes quite some time but reasonable. On-site is slightly unorganized but people are kind. Afterwards it's silence treatment. No words whatsoever. If you complain about how hard the hiring is, start treating your candidates with some respect especially after your candidates have spent considerate amount of time on the application.

Question 1
What would you do when Gigster recruit all the engineers and still can not fulfill all the software needs?
Just a waste of time, you have to do very long and useless automated tests, including really logical tests and other dumb things before before you even talk with a human being. To put it into perspective, just one of the tests is around 65 questions long.
