Interviewed with this firm on the phone and onsite. Was very positive during the several phone interviews. Was asked to go onsite and go through their skit. Was there for several hours and given a project. They were friendly during the process but things changed post interview. This is a no brainer interview and was very simple. I outlined and highlighted how I can greatly help this firm using my experience, contacts and overall approach. It did not seem to matter as I received word that they are moving forward. To me, this is like High School and a college project. These individuals were not open. My recommendation to take this firm to the next level is to be open and adhere to D and I including ( Sex, Race and Age). Otherwise, this is a frat house and a college project. It is a complete waste of time for candidates with skills and experience. They are afraid of being truly diverse and are practicing AGE bigotry!
