Apply for the job and get a canned email asking you to do assessments. Once you do them you get another canned email saying you did great and here is the next step. Less than 30 seconds later another one comes through saying they have decided to move in a different direction. Would recommend just ignoring the emails. This is an automated system just trying to grab data for them should they need it in the future. Very unprofessional process considering the minimum qualifications and alleged pay of the position. I wish companies wouldn't use assessments like these. As a person in the industry that sells them, they aren't designed to weed out potential hires and offer little insight in this application.
