I received an automated email informing me that my resume caught their attention and that the next steps were a series of assessments at 15, 20 and 120 minutes each. I found their screening process to be highly unprofessional asking candidates to spend their time on tests without even speaking to a recruiter first to learn more about the role. To expect candidates to spend their time on this is outlandish, and I've never seen a company do this - typically assessments that take this long are at the final stages. I decided not to waste my time, and its a shame this is their process because I felt very qualified for the role.
