After applying online, I took the Aptitude Assessment, which as described in many reviews, was awful. I'm a very experienced developer and have worked for many US companies, but many questions required an excellent vocabulary, for questions like "X is to Y as W is to ___", but I'm not a native English speaker, and many of those words I didn't know their meaning. My English is pretty decent as I've been working with US companies for ~6 years, but this test fails to select good workers when they don't know some words that we never use daily in a working environment.
