Gigster Software Engineer interview questions

Started with a semi-technical phone chat and was followed with full day on site interview. On site consists of a couple of interviews with the engineers and leaders of the company, plus a long, roughly 6 hour time slot to complete a code challenge. Overall interview experience was pretty poor. Essentially every interviewer, phone or on site, was late or didn't show up. The onsite's code challenge was long and vague, but you're evaluated on how you interpret it's open-ended nature and how you hack together something substantial. Engineers were really nice and asked typical CS and personality questions. The two leaders of the company, however, were rather rude and negligent. The CEO was especially disrespectful, as he showed up 15 minutes late to a 30 min interview, and basically checked his phone or looked out the window the entire time. It was extremely distracting and quickly became infuriating. CTO didn't show up for his allotted interview and later gave a bit of instruction, but also was rather terse and unprofessional. Overall experience was quite poor. Recruiter was really nice in setting everything together.
