Terrible, scheduled an hour total interview with 2 people (30 minute segments for each) from Glenmark, first one was 20 minutes late to a half hour interview then disconnected, second interviewer was also late and 10 minutes in forget he was already late to a meeting and disconnected. Interview for a total of 15 out of 60 minutes. Received an offer after a second interview but offered me LESS than I currently make but then offered to match my current if I sent them the offer details from my position. After jumping through those hoops to get that information Glenmark then decided it no longer had interest in matching and offered me less than before, still wondering if its a joke.
