Shortlisted candidates are given a technical test to assess their skills and knowledge in their area of expertise and also reasoning test. Candidates who pass the technical test are then invited for a technical interview with senior technical team member. Candidates who perform well in the technical interview are then invited for an HR interview with a member of the HR team or the hiring manager. This interview is designed to evaluate their soft skills, personality, and cultural fit within the organization. Candidates who successfully complete all of the above steps may then be extended a job offer.
