I applied online. I interviewed at Glenmede in Apr 2026
Interview
I had an HR phone screening, then 2 virtual interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with a regional director. The process spanned a little over a month. The interviews were pretty typical questions about my skills, behavioral questions, etc. nothing out of the ordinary. However, I also had to do an online assessment that took over an hour of my personal time to complete. After the last interview, I followed up about my status in the process and they told me they would be getting back to me the following week, but they never did. The company ghosted me, never heard either way. I would have appreciated at least a rejection email after 2.5 hrs worth of interviews, an hour long assessment, and hours worth of interview prep. Glenmede needs to improve their communication gaps.

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Glenmede
Interview
I had an HR phone interview a month after applying. Then 2 weeks later a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Then 1 week later with the regional director. The interviews themselves were very normal experiences, but following my final interview, I did not hear anything for a month. I would’ve appreciated if they had been more communicative instead of leaving me in limbo for so long. The whole process in general was also very long and spanned 3 months.
