I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GlobalData (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process had 4 stages whereby the first was a screening question stage, followed by a telephone interview to which an assessment would proceed, leading to the final stage of a zoom call with the hiring manager and their manager. I had got to the second stage of the interview and had a long call with the hiring manager in which I was asked many questions about my experience, my current line of work, and technical questions surrounding healthcare analysis. The interviewer repeatedly told me that my answers were ‘hitting the nail on the head’ and that I was responding in a way that they deemed correct and knowledgeable. I was then told by the recruiter a couple of days later that the interviewer did not want to proceed with my application with no feedback whatsoever. I found this surprising as I was under the impression the interview went well and the interviewer themselves were happy with me. Instead this was just “hope” sold to me and the fact there was no feedback was even worse from Global Data’s side.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalData (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
start with initial phone interview with someone from HR. I have yet to hear someone who didn't make it past this stage (if you can even call it that). You just talk to them about what you are looking for and they briefly explain the position.
Second phone interview (not for all, but i had one) with potential future manager. Fairly relaxed, just asked me to run through my CV and why i was interested in the role.
Initial at home assessment - varies from department to department, but in healthcare you get 4-5 documents to analyse and write up a 500-800 word piece on it, summarising the key findings and giving an outlook/opinion on the information contained.
Presentation interview - again varies from dept to dept. Typically a 20-30 min presentation on a topic related to the position you are applying to. Pretty standard, but a bit stressful as you're presenting to a bunch of people you never met and the topics can range quite considerably in difficulty
Final interview - with future manager and other managers. Pretty standard interview, just run through CV, run through company, job requirements. Also typically for Healthcare, you get a verbal exam of sorts where managers/analysts ask you fairly technical questions.
Not going to lie, was not that difficult so long as you know what you are applying for, and show motivation and good analytical/problem solving capabilities
That said, HR is monumentally useless at Global Data, so the process takes MUCH longer than needed
