Interview
First off, I didn't apply for the position. I have my resume on some job boards and they called me to set up an interview. I wasn't entirely sure what position it was for and I searched my recent job applications to figure out which job it was but found I hadn't applied to the company at all.
I walked in and it was clear I was not the only one being interviewed. I first filled out a form and gave them my resume. After that the manager took me into a separate room to talk about my goals for ~maybe~ 3 minutes. Afterward I was given a survey to fill out and sent to a room with other applicants.
While we were all in the big room together, one of their agents showed us a slide show and talked about his career as well as the company background. It was very informative and showed me what I needed to know.
If you are looking for a sales job, it seems pretty good. My career path is not headed that way so it wasn't a good fit for me. But everyone was friendly and professional. I don't have anything bad to say about it...just not my desired line of work.
