Interview
I got a email from the recruiter saying he is interested and want me to provide him my available time slot for the first phone interview. And he arranged first interview on a day weeks later.
Then the whole interview experiences is not professional. She just ask a couple of basic questions without introducing Glowforge in much detail. I already had the feeling that she is not interested in my for this position during the phone call. And she says there will be a technical interview for next few days but send me a rejections letter.

Interview
I did a full interview loop and then got ghosted. Hands down the most unprofessional company I've ever interviewed with. The interview loop itself was pretty well done. It was a good mix of coding, design and behavioral questions. There is a lot of talking and not much coding which good. They actually figure out how your brain works rather than how many hours you've spent on leetcode.
Rotating interview with various team members. All revolve around a single project, which you begin working on prior to the interview, and extend on the day of the interview. All-day interview, including lunch with future co-workers.
