I did a full interview loop and then got ghosted. Hands down the most unprofessional company I've ever interviewed with. The interview loop itself was pretty well done. It was a good mix of coding, design and behavioral questions. There is a lot of talking and not much coding which good. They actually figure out how your brain works rather than how many hours you've spent on leetcode.

I got a email from the recruiter saying he is interested and want me to provide him my available time slot for the first phone interview. And he arranged first interview on a day weeks later. Then the whole interview experiences is not professional. She just ask a couple of basic questions without introducing Glowforge in much detail. I already had the feeling that she is not interested in my for this position during the phone call. And she says there will be a technical interview for next few days but send me a rejections letter.
